Some features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The App provides general fitness, health, and wellness information and tools. The content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, diet, or supplement.
By using the App you acknowledge that:
If the App allows you to post, upload or submit content (e.g., comments, photos, logs), you retain ownership of that content but grant Yomp Fitness a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the App and related services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Certain features may require payment (e.g., subscription, one-time purchase). Payment terms, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the purchase flow presented in the App and any applicable store (App Store, Google Play). You are responsible for any taxes, and for ensuring your payment method is valid.
The App and all content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned or licensed by Yomp Fitness. Except for the license expressly granted above, no rights are granted to you.

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately for breach of this EULA or for any conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to the App. On termination you must stop using the App and, where possible, uninstall and delete it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yomp Fitness disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yomp Fitness and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, Yomp Fitness's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yomp Fitness and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or breach of this EULA.
This EULA is governed by the laws of [INSERT JURISDICTION e.g., State/Country], without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [INSERT LOCATION], unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The App may integrate or link to third-party services (payment processors, analytics providers, social networks). Use of those services is subject to the third parties' terms and privacy policies. Yomp Fitness is not responsible for third-party practices or content.
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.
